Monterey Pump Station Wet Well Cleaning Project
This work requires the removal of grease and grit material from the wet well and cleaning of all interior surfaces.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid site walk on March 13, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at the Regional Treatment Plant followed by site visits.

SVRP 57-inch Filter Effluent Pipe Rehabilitation Project
The primary purpose of the project is to rehabilitate a 57-inch cement-mortar lined steel pipe. The work includes but not limited to the following:  removing the cement-mortar lining down to the steel pipe, surface prepping the steel pipe, and coating it with a corrosion-resistant coating system.

MRWPCA – PURE WATER MONTEREY GROUNDWATER REPLENISHMENT PROJECT INJECTION WELLS FACILITIES, PHASE 1
MRWPCA is seeking qualified contractors to furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, transportation, and labor, performing all operations, and conducting all work necessary to drill, install, and develop two monitoring wells (MW-1S and MW 1D) and one deep injection well (DIW-2) as part of the Pure Water Monterey Groundwater Replenishment Project at the Agency’s Regional Treatment Plant.

The Project will be funded by the following funding sources in addition to District funds:  Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) and Proposition 1 Recycled Water Program (Prop 1)
Bids must comply with all requirements associated with these funding sources, including, but not limited to, USEPA DBE compliance and American Iron and Steel.

PURE WATER MONTEREY GROUNDWATER REPLENISHMENT PROJECT BLANCO DRAIN AND RECLAMATION DITCH DIVERSION FACILITIES Details (PDF)
MRWPCA is seeking qualified contractors to perform work as part of two (2) facilities:  (1) Blanco Drain diversion facilities to be located at the Blanco Drain near its discharge into the Salinas River and extending with a pipeline from that location across the Salinas River and the Monterey Regional Waste Management District landfill property   to   the   MRWPC Regiona Treatment   Plant   (RTP) and   (2)   the Reclamation Ditch Diversion facilities located on the south side of the MCWRA Reclamation ditch and west of the Davis Road overpass in the City of Salinas as part of the Pure Water Monterey Groundwater Replenishment Project.

The Project will be funded by the following funding sources in addition to District funds:  Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF), Proposition 1 Recycled Water Program (Prop 1) and Stormwater Grant.

Design Services for Salinas Industrial Wastewater and Storm Water Storage and Recovery
MRWPCA is seeking qualified firms to provide engineering design services for the Salinas Industrial Wastewater and Storm Water Storage and Recovery Project located near Salinas, California. The project would include new wet wells, valve boxes, pipelines, and a new return pump station at the Salinas Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility on Davis Road near the Salinas River south of the City of Seaside. In addition, an existing, abandoned industrial wastewater pipeline is proposed to be slip-lined to convey water from the Salinas Industrial Wastewater Treatment Facility to the Salinas Pump Station.

The Project will be funded by the following funding sources: Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) and Proposition 1 Stormwater Grant (Proposition 1).

SVRP Coag-Floc Tanks' Drain Valves Replacement Project

The purpose of the project is to replace three buried gate valves next to the SVRP Coag-Floc Tanks with new gate valves.  The work includes, but is not limited to the following:  excavation, dewatering, shoring, removing and installing new valves, riser, valve box, valve stem extension, backfilling, concrete sidewalk replacement, AC pavement restoration, minor piping work, etc.

Annual Maintenance – SVRP Chlorination System
NOTICE: INVITING PROPOSALS FOR Annual Maintenance – SVRP Chlorination System. The system consists of Liquid Chlorine Evaporators, Chlorinators, Chlorine Injection, Chlorine Gas Scrubber and associated conveyance and safety systems.   The tentative start of annual maintenance is expected to be November 15, 2016 with a scheduled completion date of January 15, 2016.

MRWPCA Pump Station & Conveyance System Condition Optimization Analysis Project
MRWPCA is seeking qualified firms to develop a Master Plan for the Agency's ten pump stations. The purpose of the study is to develop a Master Plan for all facilities outside the boundaries of Regional Treatment Plant existing and planned. The Master Plan will include flow monitoring, hydraulic modeling, analysis of system condition, and preparation of a capital improvement program. This project is scheduled to be awarded at the October 31, 2016 Board Meeting.

Pump Station 13 Valve Replacement and Upgrades Project
This project includes mechanical and electrical upgrades to increase the pump station's reliability and to further protect the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. The project is currently being designed by V.W. Housen & Associates. Construction is expected to begin in April 2017.
